Our Administration Team
Melanie – Office Manager
I have worked with Atlas Equipment Finance since day one and when I started I had many years of previous experience in the finance industry working particularly with the Atlas Directors. I love coordinating the running of the Atlas EF office and particularly managing the Atlas administration team which is growing all the time. We have been able to build a great head office team that are able to exceed clients expectations while maintaining a fun-filled workplace. I have a degree in PR and Communication Management from Deakin University and although I no longer work in advertising, I’m loving putting these skills into action by coordinating Atlas’s Marketing and Communication plan. Outside of work, my husband and two young daughters keep me busy and I love prioritising playgrounds, the beach and dining out over housework.
Chelsea – Client Support Administrator
I joined Atlas Equipment Finance as a Business Administration trainee in February 2012, straight after finishing Year 12 at Ringwood Secondary College. After an extensive 1 month stint as a “Gourmet Sandwich Artisan” at Subway, I definitely hit the ground running and am now happily settled working in the finance industry. Working at Atlas has allowed me to complete a Cert 3 in Business, a Diploma of Business and a Diploma of Management. One of the aspects I enjoy most about my job is the great clients and being able to help them through the detailed process of coordinating their finance. On the weekends, I play competitive basketball and love spending time with my friends.
Natasha – Client Support Administrator
I joined the Atlas EF team in November 2012 to fill a Maternity Leave placement but after 12 months I was offered the role permanently and I gladly accepted. Having many years of experience in the Banking Sector, I bring in a solid understanding of the finance industry and enjoy working with all aspects of finance, in particular coordinating clients, suppliers and financiers. In my spare time I enjoy taking my two young boys to the park, actively playing tennis and going on family vacations.
Amy – Client Support Administrator
I joined the Admin team at Atlas as a Business Administration Trainee in March 2016. Prior to this role I was working part time in a Clothing Boutique and also a Bakery. I completed Year 12 VCE at Tintern Grammar in 2011, and while I’m loving working fulltime, I am also enjoying studying again as I complete my Certificate 3 in Business. In my spare time, I love catching up with my BFFs and keeping fit, particularly climbing the 1000 steps and going to the gym.
Jill – Broker Assistant
Rebecca – Broker Assistant
I joined the Atlas team part-time in 2014, after not working in an office for 7 years. I had previously worked in the Import/Export industry, so coming into the world of finance, I had lots of things to learn. During the proceeding years, and to this day I am kept busy doing the bookkeeping for my husband’s business, raising my two young children and volunteering heavily at their school. I’m loving the time I spend in the office, and enjoy chatting with our clients, suppliers and accountants. I love travelling with my family, water-skiing at Lake Eildon and generally having a laugh and a drink with great friends.
Susan – Broker Assistant
I am a good communicator with a strong customer service focus and an eye for detail. After studying advertising & media at RMIT, I kicked off a promising career gaining experience both on the client side and working at a leading media agency. I have travelled extensively and lived abroad. Upon returning home I became an executive assistant for a marketing company where I could put my organisational skills to full use. I have a young family and am relishing returning to the workforce as part of the team at Atlas. I am enjoying my support role and learning all things finance.
